In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, the anonymous G. Klampfer whistleblower system offers an opportunity to submit a report confidentially and, if desired, completely anonymously. This option is available in particular to employees of G. Klampfer.
The G. Klampfer whistleblower system can be used in particular to report legal violations or actions against the mission statement or code of conduct of G. Klampfer. Every report will be treated confidentially.
The whistleblower system must not be misused. Knowingly false accusations will lead to appropriate consequences.
The whistleblower system should be used to report potential violations of G. Klampfer's mission statement or Code of Conduct anonymously and at an early stage. In particular, the following suspected cases can be reported:
Suspected cases of breaches of the law in the working environment
Suspicion of conspicuous competitor contacts or price fixing, manipulation or the like
Discrimination, sexual harassment or inappropriate coercion
Fraud, theft or similar property offences
Information aimed at preventing (future) criminal offences
The whistleblower system should not be used to report personal or labour law matters that need to be clarified with the line manager.
The whistleblower is free to submit a report under their real name or anonymously.
All persons who receive information containing classified information are obliged to maintain confidentiality about this information. The standards for the protection of classified information laid down in specific legislation must be observed.
Classified information may only be forwarded for the purpose of following up the tip-off, which cannot be achieved in any other way, and only to bodies and authorities that are qualified to comply with the protection standards.

All incoming reports are read and checked. Receipt of the report is confirmed to the whistleblower.
G. Klampfer endeavours to clarify all reports without delay. The whistleblower will receive feedback on the content after three months at the latest.
