Together with the cooperation partner, EBNER Industrieofenbau GmbH, G. Klampfer launched the NEXT ELITE project in autumn 2018. With the joint path of apprenticeship training, the existing resources can be used in the best possible way. In the first year of their apprenticeship, the apprentices are trained for approx. 10 weeks in the mechanical area in the Ebner training workshop. In return, the apprentices of Ebner in their 3rd year of apprenticeship complete their training in the field of electrical engineering for approx. 4 months at the G. Klampfer. This cross-company cooperation offers apprentices the unique opportunity to be trained in all training areas by a specialist in the field. The NEXT ELITE apprentices thus receive a higher quality and higher value training than would be the case in the standard apprenticeship companies.
